You've just bought Look Keo Blade Carbon Power pedals with their integrated power meter, but you want to customise them to get the ideal clip-in/clip-out tension for your use. These blades are perfect.
Easy to change with the specific tools, they are available in hardness 12 (standard for competitive cyclists), 16 (for competitors, with a firmer engagement and harder release) or 20 (for sprinters, with a very firm engagement and a release requiring a powerful movement).lt;/p>

These 12 cleats are perfect, easy to mount and quite gentle on putting on/taking off. No problem with holding while pedaling, it's good material. (Translated review)
