The Look Keo riser block allows you to correct your pedalling by compensating for the height of your Keo pedal cleat. The riser block is positioned between the sole of the shoe and the Look Keo cleat, regardless of the colour of your cleat (red, grey or black).
Road specialist
There are four different shim heights available: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 5mm. This allows you to choose the height best suited to your needs. It is advisable to use a shim that is slightly shorter than the actual difference. For example, for a difference of 5mm, it is preferable to use a 3mm shim.
Adjusting the height of your shims can often help alleviate a range of issues such as back pain, saddle pain, knee pain and calf pain. Please do not hesitate to consult an osteopath or physiotherapist for advice.
