This SIS GO Electrolyte Orange energy drink will meet all your energy and hydration needs. Directions for use :

This orange-flavoured SIS GO Electrolyte energy drink is ideal for cyclists who sweat a lot during a training session and need to balance their energy through hydration.

Add 40 grams of powder (2 doses) to a 500ml can of water. To mix everything well, simply shake the can in all directions and make sure the lid is tightly closed.

We recommend that you drink a 500ml can of water and SIS GO Orange powder every hour during a ride. This drink can be used with other carbohydrate sources, such as isotonic energy gels.
