Facilitates the assembly of carbon parts
12-speed, 11-speed compatible
The Shimano R8100 crankset is very similar to its big brother, the Dura-Ace R9200. It uses the same technology with a 24mm axle, a lightweight and rigid aluminium alloy and formidable indexing precision.

Cycling in all its forms
The Shimano Ultegra R8100 crankset retains the strengths of the previous version with a 24mm axle and premium aluminium alloy. For Shimano, this material offers the best weight-to-stiffness ratio. This crankset retains the 4-arm design, with chainring sizes ranging from 50/34 to 52/36. Shimano has further improved its indexing, particularly in terms of shifting precision and the shift ramp. When paired with the DI2 front derailleur, it takes approximately a quarter-turn to shift from one chainring to the other. The Hollowtech II technology, which enables the construction of a hollow crankset, is retained.
New update available on the Shimano E-Tube app for even greater precision.

Light and rigid Ultegra pedal. It's a 12-speed, which installed on my bike equipped with a 105 11-speed group works perfectly... (Translated review)
