Shimano has further improved its high-end Dura Ace groupset with this R9270 version. The left lever operates the front brake caliper. This lever also controls the gears, now wirelessly to the derailleur. Power and flexibility have been increased. You have greater adjustable clearance. The caliper is smaller and more compact, and above all, it is made from a single piece for greater rigidity, better heat dissipation and weight savings. Shimano has also improved the bleed system on its caliper to make maintenance accessible to most users.
