Notre avis

Winter is waiting for you and these shoes will quickly make you forget the icy wind. With their Gore-Tex membrane and maximum waterproofing, you'll be ready to face the rain and freezing temperatures!

20 years' experience in the world of cycling

Planning to cycle around the world but don't want to go via the North Pole? With these Northwave shoes, you won't hesitate any longer, as their Gore-Tex structure and high thermal comfort will provide your feet with the warmth they need to keep them feeling good even in the depths of winter when temperatures are below freezing. Feet are very sensitive to the cold in winter, which is why the waterproof and windproof structure of these shoes provides effective protection against numbness in the extremities. Better still, these shoes feature a waterproof neoprene collar that protects the ankle from water splashes and enhances overall insulation. This Easyfit Climaflex combines perfectly with the highly precise SLW3 micrometric fastening and the Arctic 4layer insole. Externally, it offers optimal rigidity and a carbon composite design for impressive pedalling power. Finally, 360°C reflective elements provide this product with improved visibility when the light starts to fade in November. So you can set off on your ride feeling relaxed and warm in your boots!

Very nice shoe, unfortunately I couldn't test it because the point is too small and not easy to put on. (Translated review)

I hesitated for a long time before buying winter shoes for my winter road practice. The insoles are very cheap, I replaced them with Sidas Winter 3D merino insoles, warmer and more insulating, with a good pair of socks with wool, I really limit the cold to my feet and I have less apprehension about coming back with frozen feet! Finally a pair of winter shoes for small sizes! First test at 2 degrees and 3 hours on the road, a bit tight at the end of the ride. Thick socks would be necessary, but be careful with the compression of the forefoot. Indeed, loosening is moderately practical, a habit to take! ? On the order side: perfect! Delivered in no time so used right away! :) (Translated review)

First try at 2 degrees and 2h40 of riding. No feeling of cold, but a pair of wool socks is necessary at this temperature. Some doubts, however, about whether it holds up at -5 degrees. (Translated review)

These are quite warm shoes but you should avoid wearing too thick socks so as not to compress the foot. You can do without shoe covers which often compress the foot. You need to take into account that they weigh about 300 grams more than a normal pair but it should be added that the sole is really well rigid for a pair of winter shoes. You need to get used to the manipulation of the tightening wheel (watching a tutorial may be useful). Overall I am very satisfied and they arrived in a very short time, thanks to 'Matériel vélo', sportingly, Christian. (Translated review)

First ride with headwind and 0 degrees temperature, a pair of winter socks for 2.5 hours, no sensation of cold. Better than overshoes, a bit tricky to put on at first, but then it's fine. (Translated review)

This is my first purchase of this type of shoe; my feet stay moderately warm; the tightening and loosening system is not great, especially for loosening. (Translated review)
