The Sidi Wire 2 Carbon Matt features an advanced design in terms of the positioning of the Tecno 3 fastening system. The first is located on the edge to ensure a perfect fit on the top of the foot. The second is located in the middle of the shoe to harmonise the tightening evenly across the entire foot. The lacing system is particularly advanced, extending to the tip of the foot. It is also possible to adjust the tightness even while riding.The heel acts as a reinforced shell (Sidi Heel Cup) to ensure perfect stability and optimal support during intense effort. With Adjustable Heel Retention Device technology, you can adjust the height of the heel support to prevent it from rising when sprinting or climbing steep gradients. There is no energy loss and maximum efficiency. The Soft Instep 4 closure system features a wide curved tongue that perfectly follows the anatomy of the foot. It is comfortable with its specific EVA coating to achieve uniform pressure across the instep. Like many parts, it can be replaced if necessary. The Vent carbon sole features a very lightweight heel with a replaceable section that can wear out when walking. This sole is made exclusively by hand with opposing carbon layers to ensure perfect rigidity in the most important areas. There is also a slight flex at the front of the foot to relieve biomechanical stress on this part of the foot. The drilling is standard 3 holes with a position memory eyelet for Look cleats. Ventilation is always perfect in both summer and winter thanks to the various inlets under the sole.

SIDI fit is unlike any other (tested several other brands) due to the curvature of the sole which is perfect for a "smooth" pedaling. The tightening, less trendy than BOA, remains very reliable and efficient. (Translated review)

Very good choice, real slippers. Used right away on a 5h30 ride. No foot pain. The +, half sizes. 45.5, for me it's the half that makes the difference. Don't hesitate to cut the tongue according to the original pre-cuts, this prevents discomfort on the instep, diagram in the Sidi manual. The tightening adjustment is very precise. The foot, the shoe, the cleat, and the pedal become one, all in optimal comfort. Not disappointed with my choice. The price of high-end Sidi quality. Thank you for the quick shipping. Lightweight shoe with a very nice finish in line with the Sidi brand. Rigid and comfortable sole. However, it lacks the fixation for the position memory of Look Keo cleats contrary to the description, too bad we will manage with the graduations. (Translated review)

Shoes I've been wearing for almost 2 years, very good quality, stiff (performance+++) and comfortable++. But having speedplay cleats and, I specify, not having taken the version for speedplay cleats, I was a bit limited in terms of adjustment for the cleats. So I took Shimano RC-7 which allowed me to move the cleats back by 1 cm, with more width at the forefoot, a delight. (Translated review)
