The Shimano XT M8100 gear shifter features a design similar to the XTR M9100. It includes new, more ergonomic levers and an anti-slip system for a secure grip. The direct mounting system on the brake lever has been redesigned, notably with the introduction of I-SPEC-EV, which offers customisable position adjustment: 14 mm of lateral adjustment and 60° of rotation.
