The new Shimano XT M8000 groupset now has 11 speeds. Its new gear shifters have been slightly redesigned for more precise gear changes and even smoother shifting than the 10-speed version. The difference between the On and Off positions of the Shadow Plus derailleur has less impact on the hardness of the lever thanks to this new model.
