Having already a mountain bike with the pop lock 2 positions, I struggled to find the compatible fork for my bike. There is the simple command: (push-to unlock on basic forks, Rythm). In push-to lock, 2 positions I didn't find on the GRIP. So I have to mount the high-end FIT4 (that's what I already had on my bike but with less travel). Easy assembly 1 screw! : be sure to watch the video to tension the spring. (and a drop of oil) Weight of this KIT system: 15g (Translated review)
I wanted to optimize my bike by installing this kit, but I had found good settings. A hassle to adjust even with Fox's instructions. In the end, I preferred to remove it. Yet the remote Grip worked very well. Too bad (Translated review)
It would be good to specify when choosing that there are two versions: lock and unlock (Translated review)
Be careful not to mislead customers with indications 'just a simple hex key'. It's a delicate job: you have to remove a spring and a ball then re-tension the spring to return the system to fully open position. Moreover, the operation is not optimal with a set worth 150 euros. (Translated review)
