Berria Naii X Pro 2027: a carbon gravel bike designed to go further

The Berria Naii X Pro Rival XPLR AXS PWM 2027 is a carbon gravel bike designed for cyclists looking for dynamic handling, great versatility and high-performance components. With its frame NAII X in HM2X carbon, its electronic transmission SRAM Rival XPLR AXS 13-speed, its carbon wheels Vision TC45 and its integrated cockpit Avanforce Airone GR, this gravel bike boasts a particularly comprehensive specification.

The NAII X is part of the new generation of gravel bikes Berria. Its design combines a geometry tailored for gravel riding, extensive component integration and the ability to fit tyres up to 700 x 50C. This means it can handle both fast tracks and more technical trails.

This version Artic Blue adds a distinctive finish to the bike whilst retaining the NAII X’s sporty character Pro.

An HM2X carbon gravel frame featuring Active Stay technology

The framework of the Berria Naii X Pro is made from HM2X carbon, with a design Triple Monocoque. It also utilises the EPS process, which is designed to optimise the layering and compaction of carbon fibre during its manufacture.

The framework adopts an architecture BGC with integrated storage in the down tube, a bottom bracket shell T47, a fully internal cable routing system ICS2 and an oversized semi-integrated headset O2HS.

Berria also equips the NAII X with its technology Active Stay. This design allows for greater vertical flex in the stays whilst maintaining the stiffness required for pedalling and handling. The aim is to achieve greater compliance on uneven terrain without turning the bike into a machine designed solely for comfort.

The frame accommodates tyres up to 700 x 50C, which leaves plenty of scope for adapting the bike to different terrains and riding preferences.

Avanforce Tibia seatpost with SOFTEX technology

Technology SOFTEX is not part of the Naii X project Pro. It is integrated into the Avanforce Tibia SOFTEX UD carbon seatpost, with a diameter of 27.2 mm and an offset of 0 mm.

This seatpost helps to absorb vibrations and bumps from the terrain. Combined with the frame’s Active Stay design, it contributes to the NAII X’s greater comfort without compromising the bike’s sporty character.

This distinction is important: the Naii X Pro It therefore does not have a ‘SOFTEX frame’ or a frame travel of 28 mm.

Transmission SRAM Rival XPLR AXS 13-speed

The Berria Naii X Pro 2027 receives an electronic transmission SRAM Rival XPLR AXS E1 with 13 gears.

The setup is based on a pedal set SRAM Rival XPLR AXS E1 PWM, 42-tooth combined with a cassette SRAM XPLR XG-1351, 10–46 teeth.

This combination offers a range of gear ratios suitable for versatile gravel riding. The single chainring also simplifies the drivetrain by eliminating the front derailleur, whilst the 13-speed system ensures that the gear ratios remain suitable for changes in pace and terrain.

The system AXS Electronics handles gear changes and contributes to the sleek design of the cockpit.

Carbon wheels Vision TC45

The assembly is completed with a pair of Vision TC45 Carbon.

These wheels feature a carbon rim measuring 45 mm high, with an internal width of 23 mm and compatibility Tubeless Ready. They are fitted with a Centre Lock mounting system.

The 45 mm profile is designed to maximise performance on fast sections, whilst tubeless compatibility allows the tyre set-up to be adapted to the demands of gravel riding.

Avanforce Airone GR integrated cockpit

The Berria Naii X Pro adopts a Avanforce Airone GR Integrated Gravel Carbon.

This integrated carbon handlebar features the cable routing system Fully internal ICS2, for a particularly neat finish between the handlebars, the headset and the frame.

A range of handlebar sizes is available depending on the bike’s size, with widths and reach tailored to the geometry. The cockpit also features mounts GPS and GoPro, ideal for long rides and gravel routes.

A carbon fork designed for modern gravel riding

The fork NAII X Fork is made entirely from carbon fibre and also features the ICS2 internal cable routing system.

It has a 1-1/8" – 1-1/2" tapered steerer tube and a through-axle of 12 x 100 mm and clearance allowing the use of tyres up to 700 x 50C.

Its 48 mm offset and 395 mm length contribute to the NAII X’s unique geometry and its balance between stability and manoeuvrability.

A gravel bike designed for varied terrain

The Berria Naii X Pro is not limited to use on perfectly smooth tracks. Its ability to accommodate tyres up to 50 mm wide, its Active Stay technology and its SOFTEX seatpost mean it is suitable for routes where the surface becomes more uneven.

However, its geometry is clearly geared towards competitive gravel riding. In particular, the frame features a wheelbase that varies depending on the size, and a head angle ranging from 70.5° to 72°, depending on the size.

The result is a bike that combines speed on fast sections, control on trails and comfort as the kilometres mount up.

A comprehensive and carefully integrated range of equipment

The assembly is completed with hydraulic brakes SRAM Rival AXS E1, a bottom bracket SRAM DUB Wide T47, through-axles measuring 12 x 100 mm at the front and 12 x 142 mm at the rear, as well as a compatible derailleur hanger UDH.

The saddle Fizik Vento Argo X5 complements the role of point of contact with cyclists.

With its fully integrated cable routing, frame-integrated storage, carbon cockpit and wheels Vision TC45, the Naii X Pro boasts a modern design right down to the smallest details.
