Trek ’s Marlin 5 3rd Gen hardtail mountain bike is a versatile bike designed for both trail riding and everyday commuting.

Its Alpha Silver aluminium frame offers an excellent balance between strength, comfort and stability. The Marlin 5’s geometry provides a confident and balanced riding position, whether on trails or on road sections. Its SR Suntour XCT 30 fork, with 80 or 100 mm of travel, effectively absorbs uneven terrain and enhances riding comfort.

The Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain with an 11–46-tooth cassette offers a wide range of gear ratios, allowing you to tackle climbs and fast sections with confidence. The 32-tooth single-chainring crankset simplifies use and makes it easier to manage gear ratios across different terrain profiles. Shimano ’s MT200 hydraulic disc brakes provide precise control and sufficient stopping power for both mountain bike rides and everyday commuting. The Bontrager Montrose Comp tyres, with a 2.40-inch width, enhance grip and stability on trails and uneven terrain.

Depending on the size, the Marlin 5 is fitted with 27.5-inch or 29-inch wheels to suit the rider’s build. Its rack and kickstand mounts enhance its versatility for urban travel, commuting and cycling adventures.
