Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Raspberry is designed to provide a real energy boost when the intensity increases or your energy levels start to dip. With 45 g of carbohydrates per gel and a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0.8, it promotes efficient energy absorption whilst remaining suitable for prolonged exertion.

Directions for use:

During exercise: Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour whilst maintaining good hydration.
