In BMX Race, the sprocket is a key component of the drivetrain: it determines the responsiveness at the start, the smoothness of pedalling and the efficiency of each restart. The Pride Newton CI has been developed with one overriding priority in mind: to transform every watt of the rider's power into pure acceleration, without compromising on reliability.

CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, an alloy renowned for its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, it withstands the extreme stresses of explosive starts and fast transitions. The 5 mm thickness has been optimised by analysis to reinforce areas of stress while eliminating all superfluous material.

The BMX-specific tooth height ensures smooth, precise and constant chain engagement, reducing energy loss and improving the feeling of direct transmission. The integrated chimneys make installation easy, while guaranteeing even, long-lasting tightening.

The result is a rigid, lightweight, ultra-responsive sprocket designed for racing, capable of withstanding the most demanding race conditions, from start to finish.
