This helmet is designed exclusively for cycling use, including competition. Not suitable for motorcycling. You can adjust the helmet size by changing the inner padding. For example, if you want a size smaller than S, you can opt for XS padding. Conversely, to achieve a size slightly larger than M, you can use L padding. Please note: there are three different shell sizes (XS-S, M-L and XL-XXL), so the padding is only compatible within the same shell size. Size guide: S (55–56 cm) and M (57–58 cm)
