It features hardened stainless steel cups, hand-assembled with grade 3 silicon nitride ceramic balls for low friction. Custom-made seals and precision dust covers provide additional protection against moisture.
Compared to previous generations, this CeramicSpeed BB ALPHA BB86 30mm is 10% lighter and ensures quicker installation thanks to a simplified spacer design and lighter cups. This bottom bracket is compatible with a crankset featuring a 30mm-long axle, suitable for a 41mm-deep and 86mm-wide press-fit frame, commonly known as BB86.
