SD Components B-85 Black 145mm BMX Crankset

The SD Components B-85 crankset is a high-end model designed for BMX racing, engineered to offer maximum stiffness, reliability and pedalling efficiency. Its two-piece design with a 24 mm Chromoly steel axle ensures excellent power transfer, which is particularly beneficial during grid starts and explosive accelerations.

The forged aluminium cranks, CNC-machined and then anodised, offer an optimal balance between lightness and strength, whilst boasting a sleek and elegant design. The concealed clamping bolts enhance the crankset’s clean aesthetic and protect the fasteners.

The chainring is secured exclusively from the inside of the crankset, thanks to the threaded inserts integrated directly into the spider. This design allows for a quicker and cleaner installation, whilst minimising the risk of loosening. The B-85 is supplied ready to fit, with all the necessary bolts and spacers for a precise and long-lasting fit.
