The latest product of the historic expertise of the famous Italian brand, the Colnago V5Rs VRBK builds on the strengths of its predecessor, adding a number of improvements to create the ultimate racing bike. A clever combination of aerodynamics, comfort, rigidity, manoeuvrability, stability and lightness, it guarantees optimal performance on all terrains. The frame and fork assembly is 146 grams lighter thanks to a combination of new carbon layering and manufacturing techniques.

Drawing on the experience gained during research for the Y1Rs, Colnago has refined the design of the V5Rs with slim, high-performance profiles. The frame has a reduced frontal area, with a slimmer head tube and seat tube, to reduce air resistance and save precious watts. The Colnago V5Rs VRBK makes no compromises on stiffness and responsiveness to meet the demands of pro riders such as Tadej Pogacar and Elisa Longo Borghini. In addition to the newly profiled fork, this bike also features a more modern geometry for a more aggressive riding position. This bike also adopts the BSA bottom bracket standard, a choice dictated by the stiffness of the frame, which allows for a less oversized and therefore lighter bottom bracket.Building on this high-quality base, the Colnago V5Rs VRBK is equipped with the Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset, which guarantees precise and fast gear changes, as well as high-performance disc brakes in all conditions.
