An 80-gram serving of pasta will provide you with 48 grams of protein, which will meet your body's needs. With this improved formula that combines the useful with the pleasant, this pasta is low in sugar and provides a source of magnesium, copper, manganese and iron to help your legs recover properly.Directions for use: Fenioux recommends placing the pasta (without the bag) in a large pot of boiling water, then boiling for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pasta must be drained thoroughly.¤
It is recommended to consume 1 sachet of Protipasta with green vegetables at lunchtime and in the evening for 3 days, then 1 sachet per day.¤
