Garmin Edge 1050 Bundle HRM + CAD GPS bike computer

With its new top-of-the-range GPS bike computer, the Edge 1050, Garmin promises to make all your cycling rides even better. It’s worth noting that this model features a high-quality 3.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, ensuring a brighter display. Capable of reaching 1,000 nits, this screen ensures excellent visibility in all conditions, whether in direct sunlight or on overcast days. The interface is perfectly intuitive, as it works just like a smartphone, with pages scrolling as you swipe your finger up or down. Whilst the physical buttons are still present on the sides, the touchscreen is perfectly responsive and smooth thanks to a high-performance dual-core processor.

Another new feature of the Edge Garmin 1050 is voice guidance. This will guide you via a voice prompt through a 1 W speaker built into the back of the device, whether you’re following GPS navigation or sticking strictly to your training plans. This means you’ll be able to concentrate better on the road by spending less time looking at your cycle computer. Garmin ’s new cycle computer also features a community-based road hazard alert system. Much like Waze for cars, you’ll be able to report roadworks or hazards, such as potholes, to other users Garmin.

This cycle computer offers a battery life of over 20 hours during intensive use (connectivity with your phone, sensors and GPS navigation) and up to 60 hours in power-saving mode, thanks to a 3000 mAh battery. The Edge 1050 Garmin also features contactless payment Garmin Pay, so you can enjoy your food breaks with complete peace of mind. In addition to all these benefits, this Edge 1050 Garmin Bundle is compatible with the Varia radar whilst offering plenty of other useful features for training, everyday life and safety.
