Just missing the charger that I thought was included (Translated review)
Gift made to my partner, replacing his Brayton, he appreciates the graphics, all its functions, a bit complicated to download the manual. Nevertheless, I think I made a good choice (Translated review)
Compact GPS in size and complete considering all its possibilities and possible configurations. As for its autonomy: ideal even when practicing long distances. (Translated review)
What to say? GPS that offers a lot of functionality. Easy to use when you read the manual well. Small, light. Accessories are provided. Nothing to complain about. (Translated review)
Excellent product... takes time to get used to the different information displayed. The screen can be improved. (Translated review)
I mounted this 840 in place of a BRYTON 420 which did not have built-in mapping. It is not at all the same range, the 840 offers many more very interesting features: mapping for sure! Almost infinite screen configuration solutions, Stamina (top :), configurable or pre-calculated training functions, Climbpro, etc. Getting started requires a bit of attention, just like the settings (so many!). Personally, it took me 2 road rides and two mountain bike rides to find MY configs. Transferring routes and segments is much easier than with Bryton. One point of attention: the battery life is necessarily less good than with my Bryton 42 but nothing abnormal since it has a monochrome screen against color and more advanced calculation functions for Bryton. Finally, no paper manual, you have to check the YouTube tutorials to best configure the Garmin, but in the end, it remains intuitive once you understand the logic. In short, I do not regret the investment (a bit significant still...) No opinion on aging after weeks and 6 to 7 outings. (Translated review)
