226ERS High Energy Gel BCAA Orange flavour energy gels are the ideal solution for competitions and tough training sessions. With a convenient 76g format, they slip easily into your pockets without taking up too much space, yet provide a significant energy boost. Each gel provides 49g of carbohydrates for a boost of energy.

An added bonus in this version is the 8:1:1 ratio of BCAAs. This will help maintain muscle tissue and facilitate the intake of vitamins to combat fatigue.

Directions for use:

You can consume a maximum of 2 gels per hour during exercise, with 300 ml of water if necessary. Always stay well hydrated.
