Bleed screw with seal for disc brakes
From 140 to 203mm with external fluted clamping nut
The main improvement in the Shimano RT-CL900 disc is the maintenance of braking performance whilst better controlling noise caused by overheating.
Mission accomplished!
Quieter than ever, the RT-CL900 disc ensures your safety in all riding conditions and on all terrains.
Deformation issues caused by overheating have been virtually eliminated thanks to a new arm design and the application of a heat-dissipating coating.
The result is clear: improved braking performance and unrivalled quiet operation.
We recommend fitting 140mm discs at the front and rear for maximum weight savings and/or 160mm front and rear for optimal braking, or 160mm at the front and 140mm at the rear for a balance of lightness and efficiency.
This disc version comes with an external splined clamping nut, identical to standard Shimano BSA bottom brackets. The appropriate tool corresponds to the model used for fitting a bottom bracket.

Works better than the RT-CL800. Described with external clamping nut. I had understood that the 'clamping teeth' were on the outside of the clamping wheel, but in fact they are on the inside and therefore it requires different tooling. A photo would have been useful to clarify the doubt. (Translated review)
