Designed to replenish cyclists' glycogen reserves during exercise, this SIS Science in Sport energy gel is easy to digest. This fast-acting energy source tastes great, especially in this apple flavour. SIS GO Isotonic Energy Apple is easy to digest without liquids. It absorbs quickly and gives a direct energy boost, to delay the onset of fatigue and improve your overall performance on the road.
With its 22 grams of carbohydrates, this gel can be consumed 1 to 3 times an hour, given that it is advisable to ingest 60 to 90g of carbohydrates in 60 minutes during a classic training ride. You can take a gel between intensity sets to replenish glycogen reserves as quickly as possible. Regular hydration is essential when taking these gels.
It's easy to use: just take the gel out of your pocket, tear off the top and squeeze the contents into your mouth. You can swallow it all at once or in sips.
