Milkit tubeless rim tape 25 mm tubeless conversion kit

Quick and easy to install, the Milkit tubeless conversion kit comes in the form of a roll of adhesive tape 25 mm wide and 10 metres long, allowing you to convert several wheels regardless of their diameter. Its sturdy and reliable design guarantees a completely airtight solution, with enough flexibility to fit the shape of the rim and make installation easy.

For optimal sealing, the rim tape must cover the spoke head holes and the entire width of the rim up to the walls. A 25 mm wide rim tape is therefore compatible with rims with an internal width of 22 to 24 mm, depending on their shape.

Assembly steps:

1 - Clean the rim thoroughly and make sure it is dry.
2 - Install the rim tape by pulling it tightly into the rim. It must be airtight: make sure there are no gaps or trapped air underneath.
3 - Ensure that it overlaps at least 10 cm above the valve hole; it is better to have a longer overlap than a shorter one. (Use two layers for high-pressure wheels, above 8 bar). - Cut the rim base at a 45° angle for optimal grip and flexibility.5- Install the milKit tubeless valves in the rim: just drill a small hole in the rim base and push the valve through the rim base. ¤
