The Shimano M4100 rear brake features the Shimano M4100 brake lever, which offers faster pad engagement as soon as you pull the lever, providing more responsive braking. It features the latest-generation I-Spec EV clamp, allowing direct mounting of Shimano I-Spec-EV derailleur shifters and dropper seatposts. It is also designed with an additional contact point on the handlebar to improve stiffness for better braking feel. It is paired with the MT410 dual-piston hydraulic caliper, delivering performance suited to cross-country and all-mountain riding.

Super product and perfect braking. Be careful if you replace your "old model" brake of the type M615, your gear selector will be poorly positioned and will reduce you to stop pulling/pushing and get used to the push/push of the Deore... at the cost of a lot of wrist gymnastics. I solved this problem... by changing my selector to an I-SPEC selector. Since then... it's a dream... lol (Translated review)

Brake easy to install, be sure to read the online instructions beforehand. Effective and reassuring braking. However, be careful if you have derailleur shifters with speed indication, the brake lever collar takes up more space on the handlebar which could interfere with the cockpit layout.
