The Garmin 2 cadence sensor measures your pedalling frequency. This allows you to improve your performance depending on the route and terrain. It attaches directly to the crank. This new generation no longer requires a magnet. It is also ANT+ and Bluetooth compatible. You can therefore connect it to your bike computer or a tablet/smartphone when using a third-party app.The difference with the old version comes from the ANT+ and Bluetooth connections, which allow it to connect to the vast majority of bike computers and phones/tablets.
