  Having two identical bikes and several wheels (cassettes 105/Ultegra/Dura Ace) and several cranksets depending on the elevation. The Dura-Ace is always top-notch in terms of gear shifting and fluidity. I do not recommend the 105 for the reasons mentioned above. The Ultegra cassettes are great with this Dura-Ace combo.
