Excellent for their fluidity and noise. I have the 2 Dura Ace 11-speed mechanical ones. (9000/9100). The pulleys are larger than on the 9000, I find it even smoother. (shorter lifespan than the 9000? I'm on my first change on the 9100 in 2 years, the other lasted me 5 years, maybe a lubrication problem on my part hence 4 stars). -On Shimano products, the policy now is to limit paper, so either you are used to it (with the arrow markers for replacement) or you find the manual online.
