The Berria NAII X Essential GRX400 2027 is a versatile carbon gravel bike designed for cyclists looking for a high-performance bike for roads, fast-rolling tracks and gravel trails. Berria fit this model with a frame NAII X Carbon including, in particular, the storage system DT Integrated Storage, a fully integrated cable manufacturing facility ICS2, a bottom bracket T47 and a standard derailleur hanger UDH. The fork is also made entirely of carbon and accommodates discs up to 160 mm.

A carbon gravel bike designed to be versatile

The NAII X Essential GRX400 2027 features a versatile gravel-oriented design. Its clearance allows for the fitting of tyres up to 700 x 50c offers plenty of scope for adapting the bike’s handling to the terrain and riding conditions.

The frame is made of carbon HM2X, made from Toray T700 and T800 fibres. Berria links this construction to the process Triple Monocoque, designed to optimise the balance between stiffness, strength and weight.

The framework also incorporates the system Active Stay, designed to provide greater comfort on uneven surfaces whilst retaining the dynamic qualities sought after in a modern gravel bike.

Transmission Shimano GRX400 2x10-speed

The group Shimano GRX400 forms the core of the transmission of the Berria NAII X Essential. The ST-RX400 shifters, the RD-RX400 rear derailleur and the FD-RX400 front derailleur make up a gravel drivetrain 2x10-speed

The crankset Shimano GRX FC-RX600-10 is fitted with trays 46/30 teeth, combined with a cassette Shimano CS-HG62-10, 11–36 teeth. This combination offers a range of gear ratios suitable for both fast sections and climbs over rough terrain.

Braking is handled by the Shimano GRX BR-RX400, hydraulic disc brakes specially designed for GRX gravel drivetrains.

HM2X carbon frame with integrated storage

One of the distinctive features of the NAII X is its frame NAII X Carbon made from HM2X carbon. Berria includes a storage space DT Integrated Storage, which is particularly handy for carrying small items of kit or repair tools directly on the bike.

The cable workshop ICS2 Full Internal Cable System is fully integrated to create a streamlined cockpit whilst protecting the ducts and cables from external damage.

Carbon fork and wheels Vision Team 30

The fork NAII X Fork It is made entirely of carbon fibre and features integrated cable routing. It uses a 1-1/8" – 1-1/2" tapered head tube, a 12 x 100 mm thru-axle and accommodates a disc brake up to 160 mm. Its clearance also accommodates tyres up to 700 x 50c

The bike is fitted with wheels Vision Team 30 made of aluminium, tubeless-ready, with an internal width of 23 mm and a rim height of 30 mm. They use the Center Lock disc mounting system.
