An easy-to-use anti-theft chain

At 90 cm long, the Oxford 6 chain allows you to secure your bike’s frame to a fixed anchor point in a wide range of situations: bike racks, suitable street furniture or any other sufficiently sturdy support.

Its chain design is also more flexible than a rigid lock, making it easier to use when the parking situation isn’t ideal.

The fabric sleeve also helps to protect the bike’s finish by preventing the metal links from coming into direct contact with the frame.

A lock suited to everyday needs

The OXFORDLK139 is particularly suitable for cyclists looking for a simple, compact and economical solution for short-term parking.

However, for a high-value bike or prolonged parking in an area with a high risk of theft, it is preferable to supplement this protection or choose a lock offering a higher level of security. The Oxford 6 lock can also be used as an additional security measure.

Expert tip: when parking your bike, prioritise securing the frame to a solid, fixed point. Avoid securing just the wheel, as this can be removed quickly. In a highly exposed area, combining two bike locks using different technologies can also enhance protection.
