This Shimano Y0ML98040 freehub body is an official spare part designed specifically for the rear hubs of Dura-Ace WH-R9270 wheels (models C36, C50 and C60). Made from lightweight, durable anodised aluminium, it features Direct Engagement technology for a rigid and more direct power transfer, offering an immediate pedalling feel.
This freehub body uses the HG Spline L2 (HyperGlide 12-speed) standard, optimised for Shimano 12-speed cassettes (Dura-Ace R9200 or Ultegra compatible). It ensures rapid engagement with 50 clicks per rotation (7.2° engagement angle), for enhanced responsiveness. With this Shimano WH-R9270-C50, you can therefore unlock the full potential of your Shimano rear wheel.
