Lack of reliability with a breakdown after a month of use. No exchange under warranty at matériel vélo, return by my own means to Favero for investigation. Maybe just bad luck!!!! (Translated review)

Merchant's answer
Hello, We understand your dissatisfaction regarding the handling of your product. In some cases, particularly for electronic accessories, several manufacturers request to be in direct contact with the consumer. This approach allows them to receive technical information without intermediaries and to analyze the malfunction more effectively. It also happens that certain manipulations or verifications, carried out directly with their support, can quickly resolve the situation without requiring a product return. Our goal remains, of course, to assist you as best as we can, and we remain available if needed to facilitate your exchanges with the manufacturer or to provide any additional help. Best regards, The Materiel-velo.com team
