Mavic Cosmic S 40 carbon bike wheels

If you’re looking for the latest generation of carbon wheels for your road bike, these Mavic Cosmic S 40s are made for you! Developed by the experts at Mavic, these wheels combine efficiency, stiffness, safety and reliability. Made from UD carbon, they are lightweight and offer improved responsiveness. With their 40mm profile, drag is reduced, allowing you to go faster with the same power output, on all terrains, particularly on the flat.

Thanks to iTgMAX technology, the rim base consists of several uninterrupted layers of carbon fibre, creating a single-piece rim. The rim is laser-machined to provide reliable braking, especially as overheating is minimised thanks to effective stress management during long descents from mountain passes, for example. The aluminium hub is designed with Force Transfer System Light (FTS-L) freewheel technology, whilst the QRM Auto cartridge bearings offer the smoothest possible operation.
