One of the main causes of cycling fatigue is the depletion of carbohydrate reserves. In order to avoid cravings, i.e. a complete lack of energy during the ride, cyclists need to ingest carbohydrates to maintain a constant level while delaying the onset of fatigue. SIS Go Isotonic Energy Pink Grapefruit Gel does just that.
Available in a light, compact sachet which is easy to carry in a pocket and simple to open, this energy gel is rich in carbohydrates. It's also easy to digest thanks to its innovative formula, which allows the stomach to absorb it quickly and convert it directly into energy. Thanks to this SIS Go Isotonic Energy Grapefruit, it will therefore be possible for you to maintain a good level of performance whether running or during intensive training.
During a more or less violent cycling outing, it is advisable to achieve a carbohydrate intake of 60 to 90 grams per hour. This means that you can take 1 to 3 SIS Go Isotonic Energy Grapefruit gels, each containing 22 g of carbohydrates, around other energy supplements to keep up your level.
