Expert wheels
The DT Swiss E 1800 Spline 23 Disc wheels are designed for long rides; they stand out for their versatility and their ability to make your ride easier. No matter the route you take, whilst they excel on climbs, they’ll be just as effective on the flat and just as manoeuvrable on descents. Wheels designed to cover the miles with a smooth and comfortable ride.
Part of the Endurance range at DT Swiss, this pair of wheels nevertheless features high-end technologies. Firstly, the wider rim, compared to the previous version, now allows for the use of a tubeless system and the fitting of wide tyres. This enhances comfort, as well as the grip and versatility these wheels offer.
Lighter yet more durable, the DT New Aero II straight-pull spokes provide excellent stability, whilst their flat profile offers aerodynamic benefits.
Evolution is the key word that defines this pair of wheels. Indeed, just like the spokes and the new rim, the Ratchet LN system has also been updated. Gone are the 3-pawl freewheel bodies; the new system offers superior reliability thanks to the simultaneous engagement of all the teeth, without losing its historic signature sound.

So far everything is in order pending testing the material (Translated review)
I haven't had time to test my DT Swiss E1800 wheels but they seem to be an excellent value for money. I bought these wheels to replace my old DT Swiss E1850 wheels which had several cracks on the rims at the junction with the spokes. These wheels were 5 years old and had 25,000 km. I weigh 72 kg.
