To start with, the delivery: perfect, super packaging and perfect conditioning. The wheels: it's Mavic, beautiful finish, no unpleasant surprises. Mounting the tires: Conti 5000S TR in 28, very easy without tire levers and popping with a basic foot pump (just that is 5 stars). On the road: responsiveness, ease of sprints sitting or standing, smoothness while rolling, ease in bumps and insensitivity to wind. I come from carbon wheels in 42 (SLR 1 42 from Giant) which are very good wheels but honestly I am not able to exploit them, I endure them: these wheels, to appreciate them, you have to ride at least 35 km/h not for 10 minutes but for the outing and I am incapable of that (35 km/h, yes downhill or with the wind at my back and then we have the age of our arteries, 60 for me). And then the wind resistance, as Cyrille Guimard says, the bike is like sailing and I confirm: with my 55 kg, I get blown around with every gust. So, to regain pleasure in riding (that's a bit the goal), at my level the Mavic Ksyrium SL is the right choice. After that, the aesthetics of a 22 rim vs a 42 rim, that's not going to make me go faster or change my existence and in my case I won't go back. (Translated review)

Nothing to complain about, reliable, solid, light enough for aluminum wheels. Note that mounting tubeless tires can be difficult because the hook in the rim is quite high (this is a recurring problem with Mavic). (Translated review)
