The Campagnolo Ekar 13-speed cassette is available in three versions with different tooth configurations to meet the different needs of gravel enthusiasts depending on their favourite terrain.
Each cassette is constructed in two separate blocks of 4 and 9 sprockets for 9-tooth starts, and 3 and 10 sprockets for the model starting with 10 teeth. For greater mechanical strength, heat-treated carbon steel is used for the core of both blocks, and a nickel-chrome-satin surface treatment reduces wear and friction, offering optimal durability. To install the Ekar cassette on a rear wheel, a specific freewheel body called N3W, sold separately, is required.
