Shimano WH-R9270-C50-TL-R Disc Tubeless Ready carbon road bike rear wheel

Shimano offers the WH-R9270 aero wheel with a 50mm rim profile for fast, versatile riding. It may seem surprising to talk about versatility with a 50mm rim profile. The reason is simple: significant weight savings. The WH-R9270 Tubeless rear wheel weighs just 787g, which is on a par with a high-end, low-profile aluminium wheel.

The Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 C50 wheels are lighter than the previous C40 models and almost as aerodynamic as the C60 version. The result is simply stunning. The ride feels fantastic, whether on road races or mountain bike events.

Tubeless Ready compatible, the WH-R9270-C50-TL wheels are compatible with both tyres and tubeless set-ups when fitted with a UST inner tube.

Please note that the 12-speed generation Dura-Ace wheels are only compatible with Shimano 12-speed cassettes.
