The thickness of the tool means that the force is applied in a plane offset from the edge of the cup, and the tool slips as soon as you force a bit. Absolutely impossible to apply the recommended 40Nm. (Translated review)

Published May 02, 2023 at 11:41 pmI thought this tool would be sturdier than the plastic UBB rotor tool whose notches wear out from the first use, and it's the same after 3 times. I specify when we have a rotor ubb 46 30 bottom bracket on a bb386 evo frame so with the teeth flush with the frame so there's very little grip. (Translated review)
