The Velcro doesn't allow for enough tightening around the calf, so under even slightly heavy rain, water seeps into the shoe by running down the leg, so after 15-20 minutes the foot is soaked as if you weren't wearing any. Otherwise, in case of light rain or just wet roads, it protects quite well, but it's easy with any pair of overshoes ;-) (Translated review)
