These shoe covers are not waterproof nor even water-repellent on the entire front part in neoprene since the seam. In less than 30 minutes in the rain, you end up with wet shoes from the top. The characteristics state a waterproofing that does not exist. They are easy to put on, take off, and fit well to the shoes when taking an appropriate size but are not suitable for cycling in wet weather.
