This pair of Castelli Intenso UL overshoes is a versatile model, suitable for use on the road, mountain bikes or gravel, thanks to the opening under the foot. A Velcro fastening allows them to be adjusted to fit all types of cycling shoes.

These overshoes have been designed to protect you from the cold while wicking away moisture. The combination of Gore-Tex Infinium fabric and neoprene provides effective protection against wind and rain.

A zip at the back makes it easy to put on and take off the overshoes. Reflective inserts enhance your visibility.

Putting them on is not so easy despite the velcro under the sole, but with a bit of practice, it works. I tested the product (with a sock liner) on a 3-hour ride at about 4°C with a breeze, my feet stayed warm. Be careful with the size, wearing size 40, I took the model 40-42, there is nothing too much. That said, the shoe cover stays well "stuck" to the shoe, without folding. Nice appearance. My first shoe covers (worn with Castelli winter socks): I expected to keep my feet warm, but that may have been a naive expectation on my part. However, I now go for 2h30-3h at 0-5° with the certainty of not getting too cold feet. Very happy with the fluorescent yellow color, a plus for visibility! Bought in 40-42 for size 40, easy to install and remove. But it would probably be complicated if I wore size 42! Ultra-fast delivery, bravo and thank you to everyone involved! (Translated review)

The velcro allows for a good fit of this shoe cover; good protection against wind and cold (suffering from Raynaud's syndrome, I don't end up with white toes....). Putting them on takes a bit of time but the quality of the product justifies it. (Translated review)

Used for only 2 rides, so feedback on the product is necessarily limited. Overall it seems solid, we will have to see in use for the wear of the Velcro under the sole that joins the right and left parts, the zipper is a plus, not so easy to put on, but nothing moves when everything is in place. Like all Italian brands that run small, take one size up from your shoe size. I'm waiting for the first big cold.... (Translated review)

Very satisfied, tried it last weekend in the north. Protects from wind and cold. Tested at -2 °C with a freezing northeast wind. The price is justified. Had a fall on an icy patch, a slight scratch on the strap. (Translated review)
