Galfer SB001 Postmount brake caliper adapter +43 mm

The Galfer SB001 brake caliper adapter offers a +43 mm offset, allowing you to switch from a 160 to 203 mm disc, or from 180 to 223 mm at the front and rear. This adapter is compatible with Postmount standard brake calipers mounted on Postmount standard frames and forks. It requires 4 screws, 2 to attach it to the frame or fork (supplied with the adapter), and 2 more to attach the brake caliper to the adapter (screws not included, you can use the ones originally installed on your bike).
