SRAM is the transmission specialist. There is a method for properly adjusting your Sram Eagle 12-speed rear derailleur. This tool is positioned between the last sprocket (50 or 52 teeth) and the derailleur pulley. All you have to do is adjust the angle of the derailleur with the specific screw.
