The Shimano Deore M4100 rear derailleur is compatible with 10-speed drivetrains. It is available in a version that attaches directly to Shimano I-Spec EV brake levers for optimal integration into your cockpit, giving your mountain bike a superior finish. It is still possible to adjust the position of the shifter independently of the brake lever. Its ergonomics have been designed to provide quick and intuitive access to the levers, while enjoying the smooth, responsive action that characterises Shimano shifters. The main lever allows you to change up to 3 gears with a single movement to quickly adapt your gear ratio to the terrain. The Optical Gear Display lets you know which gear is engaged so you can see how many gears are available on either side.
