Notre avis

This pair of Assioma Uno pedals offers an effective and particularly accurate solution for capturing your power data and, if necessary, readjusting your position on the bike to improve your performance. Compatible with training platforms such as ZWIFT, allowing you to ride online with a simple, low-cost home trainer.

Technology specialist

This pair of pedals is a classic model with a lightweight design and a large contact surface. Nevertheless, Favero Electronics has managed to integrate a sensor system into the left pedal that collects data on your power output and more with a highly advanced tool such as IAV Cycling Dynamics.Unlike Garmin, this system incorporates a gyroscope that measures the instantaneous angular velocity of each pedal stroke. Not only does this guarantee measurement accuracy, but it also takes into account two advanced metrics: IAV Power Phase, which measures the segment of a pedal stroke where positive torque is produced, and IAV Rider Position, which shows the time spent sitting or standing on the pedals. This latter measurement, combined with the recorded route, allows you to study the tendency to change position at certain points during a race. Its Bluetooth connectivity allows it to transfer information and adjust the system via the dedicated app on Android and iOS smartphones. Its ANT+ connectivity is compatible with most bike computers using this transmission mode and provides live data. There are no batteries to change on this model, as it has a built-in rechargeable battery that offers nearly 50 hours of use. Recharging couldn't be easier: simply place the magnetic connector close to the pedal and it will connect automatically. What's more, as they look like a pair of conventional pedals, you can remove and refit your pedals to install them on any bike with ease, using a simple spanner.Last but not least, these pedals are compatible with Look cleats. In short, if you want to get all the information you need about your power output or if you want to improve your pedalling, these Assioma Uno pedals are clearly the ideal tool and will be extremely useful during your training sessions.

Material meets my expectations. 2nd pair of Uno pedals to equip my 2nd VAE bike and to avoid frequent disassembly (done for 2 years). Easy installation as the app has already been used on my smartphone.
