DT Swiss offers this Pug-in lever, compatible with Allen sockets for thru-axles. It allows for quick tightening and loosening of thru-axles. The advantage is its removable function, which allows it to be used on both the front and rear wheels. The Plug In lever offers all the advantages of tool-free thru-axle mounting. If you prefer the clean look of a screw-in thru-axle, simply remove the lever and store it in your jersey pocket. The lever has a 6mm hex key that allows you to screw/unscrew your axle, but can also be used as a mini tool.

The tool does the job, but you can't leave it in place in the axle, to be specified in the description. I chose it to avoid carrying a 6mm hex key and unfortunately, I ended up with it in my jersey pocket. (Translated review)
