A former racer with a keen eye for equipment
DT Swiss offers this conversion kit for DT Swiss thru-axle wheels. Sold with the 12x142mm axle cup. Installation is very simple; simply pull directly on the existing freehub body to remove it from the wheel.
Maintenance tip: when changing the freewheel body, we recommend taking the opportunity to clean and lubricate the freewheel system with a grease that is both fluid and viscous (such as Shimano Fluo Bearing Grease).
