The indexing of your drivetrain depends on a derailleur hanger in excellent condition. This part acts as a fuse between the derailleur and the frame to prevent it from breaking. On mountain bikes, it is exposed to shocks, collisions and falls, and sometimes needs to be replaced. It can be changed very quickly, allowing you to regain perfect indexing. We recommend always carrying a spare hanger in your emergency kit.
This version is compatible with a standard derailleur.
